Real Estate: Joint Ventures

There are many rationales why you would consider joining another person to undergo a development project in joint venture. These structured ventures principally are executed because of the following reasons:

•  Owning a fixed asset such as land, and have no capital or capacity to borrow for further project development.

•  Owning only liquidity or the capacity to borrow credit facilities.

•  Having one of the above, but lacking the most important factor, which is time.

“Assaly & Associates” role is to be the broker/consultant of investors aiming at having a partner in a joint venture, where we will be introducing both parties.
